About Us

The GREEN TURTLE DIVING CENTER  is a SSI dive center located inside of Santoantao Art Resort hotel in Porto Novo, Santo Antão.

The center is equipped with the best diving equipment. We have a BAUER filling station with a SECURUS system, which guarantees an excellent quality of breathable air. The center has a semi-rigid inflatable craft .

 

The services presented by The GREEN TURTLE DIVING CENTER are divided into two categories:

​

DIVES - A set of unforgettable experiences.  For example, the chance to come face to face with a Manta Ray or maybe even with a huge and friendly Whale Shark is real in Santo Antao. In some of the dives, Nurse Sharks, one of the very few species of sharks that can be seen in Cape Verde, allow endless possibilities to be photographed. Also, it allows any diver to be of a few inches close. In most of the spots, one can find a huge diversity and quantity of specimens, feeling more like being in a huge aquarium, completely surrounded by movement and color and where each moment is unique and indescribable!

TRAINING – All SSI trainings courses are available at our center.

 

All the courses are given by qualified, competent and attentive professionals in a pleasant, relaxed and secure atmosphere.

We offer complete training courses, adapted to your objectives and projects. All the training will be To: a) initiate yourself and discover scuba diving, b) become a diver, c) improve your skills through a wide choice of specialties or even d) change your life by becoming a Instructor.
